Customer enquiries

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a discussion. It does not book work or create an agreed price. Scope, timing, price and relevant service terms are agreed separately before a project proceeds. Illustrative images show a design direction and are not evidence of completed projects.

Painter accounts and offers

Provide accurate details, maintain your availability and keep your account secure. Registration does not guarantee work. Each invitation specifies a day rate, dates, hours and scope. Accepting an invitation remains pending until an administrator confirms your booking. Material changes require renewed acceptance and confirmation. Do not attend a site based only on an unconfirmed offer.

Identity and site requirements

You may upload ID for review or show it on your first day. The manager must complete your check before work starts. This process is not automatic proof of qualifications or right to work. Additional checks, health and safety requirements and site rules may apply and will be communicated separately.

Work and payment records

Submit accurate full-day or half-day records for completed work. The team reviews submissions and records payments made separately. The dashboard is not a payroll service and does not transfer money, calculate tax or determine employment status. The parties must agree their working relationship and payment terms separately.

Messages and uploads

Use the platform for relevant project communication. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or information you are not entitled to share. Keep customer details and site information confidential. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access records outside your role.

Questions and changes

Contact Nicky@decoratorstoday.co.uk about a booking, account, correction or complaint. If you can no longer attend a confirmed job, contact the project team promptly rather than relying on a diary change. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
