Can I get a decorating quote without a visit?
Yes. Describe the work or share photos and a walkthrough. If we need more detail, we ask one set of questions. You can review your fixed work price and pay the deposit online. Once your work price is ready, your private invoice opens with a secure deposit link.
Do I need to type a room-by-room list?
No. You can record a voice note or walk through the property on video, explaining what you want done. Photos and written notes can be added too. Check the prepared scope before accepting your quote.
Are paint and materials included?
The work price covers the decorating work shown in your quote. Paint and materials are paid separately. We show a rough materials budget, with actual products, quantities and purchases agreed before the work.
What happens after I accept?
Check the contact and property details you supplied at the start, review your written quote and project terms, then pay the deposit securely through Stripe. The deposit is part of your work price. The office arranges the next steps and confirms the start date.
Who carries out the work?
We use approved contractors. Your appointed painter receives the agreed work scope. Pay the remaining work balance directly to the painter under your project terms. If we cannot fulfil your project, we refund your deposit in full.
Can I still arrange a visit instead?
